1. Introduction and Service Description
PNDAR Academy provides self-paced online courses focused on data privacy, GDPR compliance, AI governance, and related topics for small business owners and professionals.
What we offer:
- On-demand online courses with text-based lessons, quizzes, and downloadable resources (templates, checklists, PDFs)
- Personal accounts to track learning progress
- Certificates of completion upon course completion
- Lifetime access to purchased courses (subject to Section 4)
What we do NOT offer through PNDAR Academy:
- Live training, cohorts, or group sessions
- 1:1 coaching or consulting services
- Legal advice or compliance audits
- Memberships or subscriptions (not currently available)
Live training, consulting, and bespoke services are available through our main website at pndar.com under separate terms.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
2.1 Who Can Use PNDAR Academy
You must be 18 years or older to purchase courses or create an account. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Creation and Security
- You must create an account to access paid courses
- You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must notify us immediately at hello@pndar.com of any unauthorized account use
- We are not liable for losses due to compromised account credentials
2.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Share account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access content
- Repeatedly violate our usage policies
You may close your account anytime by emailing hello@pndar.com.
3. Course Purchases and Payments
3.1 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Euros (€), VAT included where applicable
- Prices are subject to change; existing purchases are not affected
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- We do not store full credit card details (handled by Stripe per PCI DSS standards)
3.2 Purchase Process
- Select course → Add to cart → Checkout → Complete payment
- Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the course
- Confirmation email sent to your registered email address
3.3 VAT and Taxes
- EU customers: VAT included in displayed prices (B2C) or shown separately (B2B with valid VAT ID)
- Non-EU customers: Prices exclude import VAT/duties (your responsibility)
- We comply with EU VAT MOSS regulations for digital services
4. Course Access and License
4.1 What You Get
Upon purchase, you receive:
- Lifetime access to the course content for as long as PNDAR Academy operates and the course remains available
- Personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials
- Right to download provided materials for your personal/business use
- Certificate of completion upon meeting course requirements
4.2 Access Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
- Retire or remove courses (with reasonable notice)
- Update course content to reflect legal/regulatory changes
- Modify technical requirements for access
4.3 What You Cannot Do
You may NOT:
- Share, sell, redistribute, or transfer course access
- Share login credentials with others
- Record, screenshot, or reproduce course content
- Use content for commercial training/reselling
- Remove copyright notices or branding
- Use automated tools to scrape/download content
4.4 Future Memberships and Subscriptions
PNDAR Academy may introduce membership/subscription plans in the future. These will have different terms:
- Access available only while membership is active
- Separate pricing and billing terms
- Clearly displayed at time of purchase
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase subject to these strict conditions:
✅ Refund Eligible:
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Course completion < 75% (progress tracked automatically)
- No certificate generated or downloaded
❌ No Refund If:
- 30-day period has expired
- Course completion is 75% or higher
- Certificate has been generated/downloaded
- Digital downloads have been accessed extensively
5.2 Refund Process
- Email hello@pndar.com with “Refund Request” in subject line
- Include order number and reason
- We verify eligibility (completion status, certificate status)
- If eligible, process refund within 5-7 business days via original payment method
- Course access terminated upon refund approval
5.3 No Refunds for:
- Promotional discounts or special offers
- Courses started and partially consumed
- Change of mind after 75% completion
- Certificates already issued

6. Certificates
6.1 Certificate Requirements
Certificates are issued automatically when you:
- Complete 100% of course content
- Pass final quiz/assessment (if applicable)
- Meet minimum time requirements (tracked automatically)
6.2 Certificate License
- Certificates are for personal use only
- You may add to LinkedIn, CVs, professional profiles
- You may NOT alter, modify, or misrepresent certificate content
- Certificates remain valid regardless of platform changes
6.3 Certificate Reissues
Lost certificates can be re-downloaded from your account or requested via hello@pndar.com.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All course materials are owned by PNDAR or licensed to us and protected by:
- Copyright law (EU Directive 2001/29/EC)
- Database rights
- Trademark law
Course Materials Include:
- Text lessons and articles
- Downloadable templates, checklists, guides
- Quizzes and assessments
- Course structure and design
- Branding and visual elements
7.2 Your License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access purchased courses
- Download materials for personal/business use
- Apply templates/checklists in your operations
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share materials

- Use our branding or course excerpts publicly without permission
7.3 Your Content
